Conclusion
More people squeezed the clothespin after excercising. Out of the 28 students in our class only 2 did more the first time without excercising. So based on our class results, excercising before you start to squeeze the clothespin will increase your ability to squeeze it more times. This is most likely because when you excersise before it increases your heart rate and oxygen is already flowing pretty fast, which brings the oygen to the cell, then they turn it into ATP, which gives the muscle cell the energy they need to squeeze the clothespin. Just because our group tested and came out with these results, it doesn't mean that everyone who does this will end up with the same reults.
